Managing and leading projects from design until implementation
Setting project budget, monitoring and control.
Examining the efficiency of work processes and building alternatives using advanced technologies.
Managing timetables and prioritizing tasks in collaboration with stakeholders
Building detailed work plans and Gantt charts to monitor project progress
Ongoing monitoring of planned versus actual performance with periodic status reporting to stakeholders

• Degree in industry and management – required
• Experience in managing/leading projects and working with multiple interfaces
• Systems perspective, understanding of business, process and analytical thinking
• Ability to analyze processes

Managing distribution area – sales and collection.
Managing 10-person sales team (van sales).
Managing sales goals and leading the team to achieve them.
On-boarding and training new employees to the team.
Managing customer relationships in the distribution area.

• Academic education.
• Experience in team leadership and management.
• Experience in sales management at a company for consumer products – advantage.
